My thinking...

Well I wanted to cover sports in some way. Professor Nicholson brought up Pat Campbell and something about the Carrier Dome in class, so I decided I wanted to find out who Pat Campbell was and what he had to do with the football team. I liked this approach to writing about a sporting event because I believe everything that needs to be written about the football team and its performance has already been written. I also found out a lot about the baskground as to what goes in to preparing for a football and basketball game, which I couldn't fit into my wrap. Campbell related the Carrier Dome on game day to a small city. He has over 1000 people working at the dome including public works, security, medical staff, concessions and things like that. It was basically a smaller version of everything you would actually need in a small town. The most interesting thing I found out is he has to hire extra secuirty guards for later games because the crowd is in a worse mood and students have more time to party before the game. This is especially the case for football games. Campbell also restated what Professor Nicholson has constantly said: Syracuse the city is seen through SU's sports teams. Campbell said the area has no other major league teams or programs to support so they all feel tied directly to Syracuse.

I think it's hilarious that crowds are in a worse mood later at night. I don't quite understand why, but that's funny. I think your story turned out very well and was a great viewpoint on an interesting topic.
