Today the television program Ivory Tower Half Hour discussed local, national and international topics at Thursday Morning Roundtable. S.U. Dean of Communications David Rubin hosts the program that discussed Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's speech at Columbia University.
Maxwell Professor Kristi Anderson, Associate Dean of S.U. College of Law Lisa Dolak, and SUNY Cortland Professor Robert Spitzer all liked the idea of the controversial visit. Dolak said she hoped if a controversial figure was going to come to Syracuse, the Board of Education would allow it.
After the half hour ended, the group answered local questions from those who attended.

That sounds like it was a really interesting meeting! Alot better than mine was....
Anyways, did other people have comments on the issue of the Iranian president visiting Syracuse? I feel like it probably would make a good on-campus debate too.
