this is the title

Honestly I don't know too much about this whole thing, but I suppose Barry Bonds did cheat big time. But um... it's always exciting and entertaining to see records being broken, so Barry did accomplish something regardless of what the means were. I'm not saying I agree with cheating or not taking baseball seriously. I'm saying I "agree with", however shallow it might sound, entertainment.

You are probably better off not knowing (or caring) about this scandal. I agree with your point about records being broken. It does create entertainment when records are broken, and entertainment is good.

I agree that this was definitely entertaining. All the major media news outlets were covering this story even if it wasn't the sports section. And I was glued to the t.v. to watch his chase of Hank Aaron's record.

I love a good sports story.

Paul Hamm in the 2004 SUmmer Olympic Games in Athens, when he came back from behind, after a devastating fall on the vault to win the Gold Medal in Men's All Around Gymnastics? LOVED IT.

Syracuse Men's Basketball seeded 9th in the Big East Tournament beats Cincinatti with a buzzer beater 3-pointer in the first first round, and then goes on to upset number Uconn (who was the number one seed in the tournament), Pitt, and Georgetown? AWESOME.

But Barry Bonds isn't a glorious story. Its ugly, and tarnished, and just... wrong. all over. You are right to love good record breaks, and exciting sports stories, but if i were you, i'd keep away from this one.
